Job Title: Branch Expansion and Performance Officer
Purpose of the Job:
To support the growth of Nisir by identifying, developing and opening new branches and monitoring performance of existing ones.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Assess the economic, political and social condition of regions in the country and develop the complete aspired branch network map
- Design integrated and credible branch expansion business plans to drive profitable growth.
- Conduct feasibility study and recommend locations and identify specific premises for new branch opening.
- Coordinate relevant internal organs to set up new branches and manage the opening process swiftly.
- Monitor existing branches and track their performance for action, further amendment in the branch network structure or specific branch positioning.
- Conduct market research to gain marketplace trends and insights, and to identify growth opportunities through Branch expansion/relocation and channels’ structure amendment.
- Assess the position of Nisir’s branches and agents relative to competitors as perceived by the relevant group of target customers.
- Identify, assess and manage risks that could prevent Nisir from achieving its target in terms of service delivery outlets.
- Develop criteria and conduct regular grading of branches for classification based on Tiers.
- Design and update criteria to select Agents and Merchants
- Lead the identification, profiling, selection and relationship with agents and merchants.
- Develop the criteria by which performance of Agents to be measures.
- Recruit and train partners for agent, merchant and other operation and deliver to Alternate Channel Management function for their engagement.
- Plan and deliver a high-quality program of Partner focused events.
- Manage relationships with Partners and major sponsors, identifying priorities for engagement and ensuring this is delivered.
- Maintain regular contact, including face-to-face meetings, with senior decision makers within company and other Partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related fields
- 2-years relevant experience
